   Department of Education, Culture and Sports of Riga City Council and the Table Tennis Federation of Latvia have pleasure to invite your teams to participate in the Riga City Council’s Youth Cup on February 14-16 in Riga Sports Arena, Maskavas street 160, Riga, LV-1003.

   Department of Education, Culture and Sports of Riga City Council will provide free accommodation and meals starting from dinner on February 13th until lunch on February 16th for the 1 team from each Association (6 players (3 girls and 3 boys), 1 coach, 1 official and 1 umpire). For the team of Kobe City free accommodation and meals will be provided starting from lunch on February 13th until breakfast on February 17th.

   Please find attached the Prospectus of the tournament, Preliminary Entry Form (must be sent until January 17th) and Final Entry Form (must be sent until February 7th).
